Low-Risk Funding Program for Large-Scale Real Estate Development and Infrastructure Projects
   
Dear developer/Investor,

concerning a Funding Program that provides substantial funding for large-scale real estate development projects (e.g. mixed-use, residential, multi-family, etc.) in the USA, Europe and the Middle East with the following benefits and advantages:
 
1) This Funding Program is non-debt, non-recourse and represents a 'low risk' opportunity for the Owner/Developer, i.e. the Owner/Developer will not have any principal or interest to pay (i.e. no mortgage payments) during or after the 11-month term.

4) The Owner/Developer retains full control of their Project(s).
This Funding Program business has been operating for 25+plus years in the UK and works with HSBC London and DBS Singapore.
